Shipping / Delivery Policy

The store currently supports these delivery and receive options: Nablus receive point, West Bank cities, Jerusalem, 48 lands, West Jerusalem, Ein Rafa, Ein Naqouba, Abu Ghosh.

A free receive/pickup option may require customer agreement or coordination with the store before the order is prepared.

Third-party delivery company or another arrangement confirmed by the store.

Delivery times may depend on the shipping company, location, weather, traffic, closures, holidays, customer availability, or other events outside the store’s control.

Usually 1–2 days after order confirmation, unless the store tells you otherwise.

• Nablus receive point: Free, after customer agreement or coordination with the store.
• West Bank cities: 20 NIS.
• Jerusalem: 30 NIS.
• 48 lands: 70 NIS.
• West Jerusalem, Ein Rafa, Ein Naqouba, Abu Ghosh: 45 NIS.

During checkout, the customer selects a delivery area and provides the required city/area and address or receive-point details.

The delivery price and final total are shown before the customer confirms the order.

The store may contact you using your phone number or email to confirm delivery or receive-point details before sending or preparing the order.
